I wonder how certain MP's get their job. How is it that the populace choose them to be MP's? Is it because they put on a fake persona when campaigning, or is it their bullshit that somehow convinces the people? Maybe even the people here are electing the lesser of 2 evils, as what is like in the USA.
Whatever, they are now looking up on words in the friggin dictionary to point out irrelevent facts for crying out loud! Rampage- to run amok. Really, do they even understand the english language? I bet they use much more exagerative terms when they go on their campaigns, not saying the NST is exagerating though. I do think the comment on the performance of the MP's in fair. We have the right to know what goes on in those sessions. Of course we will be pissed when the MP's we elected discuss on the most trival of things. Now running out of trival things to discuss, reluctant to tackle the serious stuffs, the MP's now turn to Press Bashing, Gah.
Now, I understand some people are dumb and do not know the difference between a question and a statement. Which is why these people sometimes misunderstand things, I say sometimes because certain people know they don't really understand a certain language and ask around before coming to a conclusion. The wise say "smart people do not wallow in politics" and that is true, and I do think one of those smart people is PM Abdullah, down to earth, and he knows trivalities only bring downfall.
Really, how can one take the just the meaning of one flimsy half-sentence? "people do not care about MP's anymore" when the full sentense mean another universe utterly? "Another reason why the pay hike of MP's is not challenged might be the people do not care enough about their MP's anymore, and that is depressing" advice to dumb people - In the english language, please read the WHOLE sentence before you give any more comment in which you might make a fool of yourself.

I overheard an interchange between 2 middle-aged guys 2 days ago when I was at breakfast in my taman's coffee shop. I'm translating it to english as they where talking in mandarin.

A: (reading newspaper) Haiya the japs ah, until now still only give a forced "apology". No sincerity one.
B: That's y la China protest. The Japs not like the Germans. The Germans ah so sincere in their apology, ambassador go to monument to say sorry somemore.
A: Hmph, 1 sen also dowan give the wartime slaves. DUMB
B: We now know lo, the Japs is all brains no heart one...
A: Eh you know ah, because the Japs are so advaced, they use labtops frequently and you know what?
B: What?
A: Research shows that you kenot put the "labtop" on your lab for extended periods of time because they heat they radiate can make you IMPOTENT!! (laughter)
B: Walaueh! (laughter)
A: Very nice of god to avenge the victims oh?
B: Haha yaloh...

The backbenchers did it again, this time it was one from Penang who demanded that the name George Town be changed. He said that the name reflects on our colonial pass where we were conquered by the Brits and that pass should be forgotten, less it affects our future.

Don't they have anything better to discuss???

I mean, while others are trying to improve the quality of our education system, here they are talking about crap topics like these and yesterday it was a radio name change to Klasik FM which they claim affected them emotionally. Blah.

Even now locak grads are being pushed sideways when foreign grads enter the field. This is a serious problem. Something has to be done FAST (and not argue over useless matters like KLASIK FM) Apparently local grads lack social skills (which has ALWAYS been the issue, haiz) and they have attitude problems. I don't blame them, the education system in my eyes is all wrong, much to exam oriented.

So how do we strife the change that? One thing is for sure, with useless backbenchers around, the problems can only manifest.

Overall I must say the game is GOOD. Playing as one of the "3 deadliest races in the universe" gives the games the kicks. The only drawbacks is that the multiplayer does not have bots that u can play with... and the fact that the game makes your head spin after a while especially if you're playing Alien. Although the missions are not long in a strict sense, the entwining plots are COOL. In playing the different missions, you will go "cool, so this is what happened" as you would have gone through certain steps in playing the other races.

I experience the most fun playing as ALIEN, the crawling around, scaring the marines to death... heh. Alien is by far the easiest to play, since u don't have to really bother about your life, just kill something to get additional life. Heh. Marines, well, they are as fragile as a TOOTHPICK. But hell their weapons the powerful. Marine missions tend to be the scariest as you KNOW you die damn easily, the swarms of aliens that tend to attack you doesn't help things, and the motion sensor just scares the hell out of you in dark places. Predators, although they are tough, can't really handle numbers are their weapons are really lacking in rapid fire arsenal. Predators also have problems dealing the the Praetorian class aliens as they lack armor-piecing. Fighting marines is a walk in the park, cloak- use speargun- shoot them. Heh.

Never thought I'll be posting this but here goes.

A REPORTER from UTUSAN MALAYSIA claims that the USA OWNS a WEATHER CONTROL DEVICE!! And he CLAIMS that all the recent natural disasters are CAUSED by them! OMG what the hell is going on in this world now? I never would have believed such anti-western sentinent had I not seen this idiocy. The article furthur accuses the USA of wanting to take control of INDONESIAN OILFIELDS, hence unleasing their "weather control" powers, creating the sept 26 TSUNAMI and the recent QUAKES the hit Indonesia. Since when had we stoop so low as to throw unproven accusations supported by RIDICULOUS bullshit? Hah, and again I blame HUMAN FOOLISHNESS as I've stated quite a few times before.
Does anyone know how huge a volume of air needs to be moved before a storm is created? Then imagine the sheer power needed to cause the earth plates to heave in such a way that it produces a 9.0 earthquake. Only something with equavilent explosive power of the NUCLEAR WEAPON can create such a catastrophy!! And dun anyone DARE say the USA drop a nuke in the ocean, its plain DUMB.
And just because of this post don't accuse me of being pro-america, you won't? Yeah right I know some people would take this as a personal insult and start blabbering crap. I've a general piece of advice to those I term as fanatics- Just shut the hell up and you won't bother anyone.

Well, first off, I so HATE my finals, and I so HATE my uni right now. Gah I'm feeling so fucking lame now, had my worst exams on the 1st and last day which was accounts and statistics. Accounts was rather hard, but its at least still passable. Statistics on the other hand... lets just say I have a 99.99999% chance of failing the subject.
Why does MMU want us to pass ALL the subjects before letting us proceed to BETA??? WHY??!!! I wanna take LAW for god's sake, and LAW doesn't require anything remotely related the MATHS!!! (For those who don't know, I COMPLETELY SUCK at ANY math subject).
Gawd-damnit... Now my only hope lies with having a very very very kind-hearted lecturer marking my paper. I can of course write in to the prof. but *sigh* what's the use? Given another sem to prepare I still do not have any amount of confidence to take on statistics again...

Arrgh... What the hell. Exams is OVER. For now... after I'm done with seeing my lecturers for all those stuffs I mentioned above I'm going to devote a whole month on computer gaming. HEH.
